Old Bournemouthians' Association Dinner 2009

The OBA Dinner was once again held at the Queens Hotel, on Friday 18 September. There were five OTs amongst those attending a first class event.

A feature of the evening was the introduction to the gathering of Dr Dorian P. Lewis, the new Headmaster of Bournemouth School. Dr Lewis gave an excellent address, telling of his personal background from a deprived working-class family, in order to illustrate that there were opportunities for advancement offered by the grammar school system.
